Biography
Mr David Richardson is an accomplished operations leader with more than 20 years of experience deploying, managing, and scaling operations and teams in support of government and commercial clients worldwide. A former British Army officer, he was commissioned into the Parachute Regiment from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and saw active service in Afghanistan and across several African nations. He retired in 2010 to co-found Keel Strategic, and he later co-founded Whiterock Technologies in 2022. He holds a degree with honours in International Politics and History from University College Dublin.
As Operations Director for Keel Strategic, he has led the acquisition, deployment, delivery, and growth of numerous international projects since 2010, each delivered on time, within budget, and to a standard that exceeded client expectations. His career highlights include a comprehensive security package supporting dredging operations in Lagos, Nigeria (2010). He also managed a multinational, multi-agency team in Afghanistan supporting a major U.S. Department of Defense contract (2016–2021). Between 2010 and 2026 he oversaw training needs analysis and programme delivery for military, law enforcement, and national security units across Europe, the Middle East, and South America. At ACE, he serves as Director of Operations.
