ACE is a sovereign defence capability organisation that helps African governments build lasting national defence capability. We deliver military capability development, defence industrial development, and critical infrastructure protection. Headquartered in Abuja, with offices in London, Dublin, and Dubai, ACE works with governments, armed forces, and security agencies to build capability that stays in-country after each programme ends.

ACE provides nine integrated services: Strategic Advisory, Integrated Protection Solutions, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Defence Industrial Development, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Capability, Counter-Terrorism & Special Operations, Strategic Leadership Development, ACE Mission Command™, and Military Capability Development. Each programme is tailored to the client’s national priorities and designed to build sustainable, locally owned capability.

ACE partners with national governments, ministries of defence, armed forces, law enforcement and security agencies, and strategic institutions. We also work with carefully selected international partners who share our commitment to strengthening sovereign defence capability across Africa. All programmes remain under the ownership and control of the client.

Yes. ACE builds capability from the ground up, in-country, for the long term. Programmes are delivered alongside national institutions and designed around local ownership, so skills, systems, and knowledge remain with the client. Delivery is tailored to each government’s operational context, priorities, and security requirements.

ACE applies a multi-layered framework. It starts with a comprehensive security risk assessment, then adds physical protection systems, smart surveillance, integrated command and control, and emergency response planning. This approach protects assets such as energy facilities, ports, transport networks, and border facilities. It anticipates threats before they materialise and coordinates a response when they do.
